The animals
Each animal charm is soft polyester plush, 40 cm long, made to wrap its long neck around a bag handle with no clips or clasps. In stock: Noodle Pup (brown), Cocoa Cub (brown), Marmalade Mew (orange), Pippin Chick (white) and Pickle Duck (white and green). Pick the animal on the charm's page.
The apple mirror charm
An apple-shaped leather charm with a round glass mirror set into its face, hung from a woven cord: 8 cm across, 30 cm cord.

Can I buy a charm on its own?
No. Orders start at A$75, so a charm goes in an order with a bag. The first charm in an order with a bag is A$10; any more are A$15 each.
How does a charm attach?
An animal charm wraps its long neck around a bag handle, with no clips or clasps. The apple mirror charm hangs from its woven cord.
Which bags do they go on?
Any bag with a handle, ours or one you already own. On ours, both the 35cm tote and the East West take one on the handle.
When should I order for Christmas?
Delivery takes 1–3 business days door to door, so an order by early December arrives before Christmas.
How much is delivery, and how long does it take?
Delivery in Australia is free on every order. Orders ship from our stock in Sydney by Australia Post, dispatched the next business day, and take 1–3 business days door to door. In Sydney, you can choose free pickup at checkout instead, and we email you within a business day to arrange it.
Will I pay customs or GST on delivery?
No. Australian orders ship from Sydney, so the parcel never goes through customs and there is nothing to pay on delivery.
What currency are the prices in?
In Australian dollars once Australia is set as your country. Until then the tiles and the cart show pounds, and an order placed in pounds is charged in pounds. Once it is set, the tiles, the cart and checkout show and charge the Australian prices on this page, unless the cart holds something without an Australian price. Delivery in Australia is free either way. Payments are processed by our UK company, so some cards add an international transaction fee.
Can I return something?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, unused and in its original condition. Email hello@jelli.world and we send the return address; return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong one.
