1. About Us

These terms apply to all purchases made through the jelly bag website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

All jelly bags are brand new and sold as described. Product images are representative; slight colour variation may occur on different screens. All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

3. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in the event of a pricing error or stock issue. A contract is formed when we send your order confirmation email.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. We do not store your payment details.

5. Shipping

Every bag is packed by hand to order. In-stock orders are dispatched within 7 days of purchase. Pre-order colours are made with the next production run and are dispatched within 14 days; where a colour’s run date is known, the expected date is shown on its product page before you order. Transit time is additional and varies with the shipping method and destination selected at checkout. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or customs.

6. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details. Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the jelly bag website — including images, text, and the logo — is the intellectual property of jelli.world. You may not reproduce or use any content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, jelli.world shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the purchase or use of our products.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
