What delivery costs
Delivery is free to the UK, Australia and New Zealand — Australian and New Zealand orders ship from our stock in Sydney by Australia Post.
Everywhere else is priced per order, not per item, in one of 6 bands measured from what the carrier charges us to reach the destination rather than by continent:
- £15 to most of the EU · 6–11 business days door to door
- £28 to the US, Canada, Switzerland, Norway and Singapore · 6–11 business days door to door
- £38 to Japan, Korea, Brazil, the Gulf and much of Asia · 6–11 business days door to door
- £48 to Hong Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia and the remoter lanes · 6–11 business days door to door
- £75 to the British Virgin Islands · 8–15 business days door to door
- £112 to the hardest destinations to reach and anywhere not yet quoted · 6–11 business days door to door
Any order of £150 or more ships free, wherever it is going. The exact rate shows in the cart as soon as you choose a country, and checkout needs a basket of at least £40 (A$75 for orders paid in Australian dollars) before shipping — every bag clears that on its own.
How long it takes
Every order is hand-packed and dispatched the next business day, tracked, and you receive the tracking the day it ships. Door to door from the day you order:
- United Kingdom — about 3 business days
- Australia — 1–3 business days
- New Zealand — 4–10 business days
- Everywhere else — 6–11 business days
- The Virgin Islands — 8–15 business days
These are the carriers' usual windows, not a guarantee; the estimate you see at the payment step is built from the same numbers.
Customs and import charges
None in the UK, and none in Australia — an Australian order ships from inside Australia and never crosses a border. New Zealand orders normally clear with nothing to pay under NZ$1,000. Elsewhere, import charges are set by your country and are the buyer's responsibility. For the Gulf states: local VAT and a courier clearance fee are payable on delivery — these are set by your country, not by us, and aren't included in the price above. Returns
Within 14 days of delivery, unused and in its original condition; return postage is yours unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong one. The full policy is on the returns page.
