Delivery fees

Ships from 25 October.

Australia: 6–11 business days, free, shipped from London

Import duties and taxes

Normally nothing. The Fluff bag ships from London, so it does go through customs, but Australia doesn't collect duty or GST at the border on goods worth A$1,000 or less, and GST on low-value imports is charged at checkout only by overseas sellers registered for it, those selling more than A$75,000 a year into Australia, which we are not.

Returns

Return requests are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition, with return shipping at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect. For Christmas, orders placed between 1 November and 24 December 2026 can be returned until 15 January 2027, on the same conditions. Full return terms are set out in our returns policy.

Questions

  1. What are the dimensions of the Fluff bag?

The Fluff bag measures 45 × 35 × 20 cm (width × height × depth), big enough for a 13- or 14-inch laptop as well as the everyday things. Measure a 15- or 16-inch laptop first, as the fur takes up some room inside.

  2. What is the Fluff bag made of?

The Fluff bag is made from real Mongolian lamb fur — long, curly and soft — on a rounded tote with two top handles. It is not a jelly bag and not vegan.

  3. Is the Fluff bag real fur or faux fur?

Real fur. The Fluff bag is made from real Mongolian lamb: long, curly wool still on the lambskin it grew on, not a synthetic pile on a fabric backing. It is not faux fur and not vegan. If you want an animal-free bag, every jelli.world jelly bag is TPU or PVC. How to tell real fur from faux, and what Mongolian lamb is: https://www.jelli.world/guides/fur-bags

  4. Can the Fluff bag get wet?

Keep it out of the rain where you can — water flattens the curls and soaks into the skin underneath. If it gets caught in a shower, shake off what you can, let it air-dry at room temperature away from radiators and direct heat, then shake it out again so the curls lift.

  5. How much does the Fluff bag cost?

The Fluff bag is A$225 in Australia, with free delivery from London and normally nothing more to pay on arrival, because Australia doesn't collect duty or GST at the border on goods worth A$1,000 or less.

  6. Is the Fluff bag in stock?

The brown Fluff bag is in stock in London and ships free to Australia from 25 October, arriving in 6–11 business days door to door, as a separate parcel if your order also has jelly bags from Sydney.

  7. How much is delivery in Australia?

Delivery in Australia is free on every order, with no minimum spend for free delivery; the Fluff bag ships from London rather than from our Sydney stock, so it takes 6–11 business days door to door, and in an order with jelly bags it arrives as a separate parcel.

  8. How do I clean and care for the Fluff bag?

Shake the fur out gently and spot clean with a barely damp cloth. Keep it out of the rain, away from heat and out of direct sun, and never put it in a washing machine. Untangle the curls with your fingers rather than a brush, which pulls them straight. Store it loosely, not squashed, so the curls keep their shape.
