Return requests are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition, with return shipping at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.     Keep it out of the rain where you can — water flattens the curls and soaks into the skin underneath. If it gets caught in a shower, shake off what you can, let it air-dry at room temperature away from radiators and direct heat, then shake it out again so the curls lift.
