Why do some schools require clear bags?

The logic is the same as stadiums: if staff can see a bag's contents at a glance, entry checks are faster and less invasive. Policies vary widely — some schools require fully clear backpacks, others allow any see-through bag within a size limit, and many have no rule at all. The school's own published policy is always the authority.

Does a clear jelly bag count as a school clear bag?
