Returns

Return requests are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition, with return shipping at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect. For Christmas, orders placed between 1 November and 24 December 2026 can be returned until 15 January 2027, on the same conditions. Full return terms are set out in our returns policy.

    The East West measures 35 × 19 × 15 cm (width × height × depth) and closes with a flap with a turn-lock. It comfortably fits everyday essentials — phone, wallet, sunglasses case, small water bottle. It is part of the East West shoulder bag line of the jelly bag.

    Wipe clean with a soft microfibre cloth and a drop of mild pH-neutral soap in lukewarm water, then dry with a second clean cloth. Avoid alcohol, acetone, bleach, and any solvent-based cleaner.
