Are jelly bags good for the beach?

Can you take a jelly bag in the pool or the sea?

Splashes, spray and a wet swimsuit inside are all fine — the material itself is unaffected by water. Don't submerge it: the seams and metal hardware are not waterproof. After a salty or chlorinated day, rinse-wipe with fresh water and dry with a cloth to keep the hardware bright.

Does sun cream or fake tan stain a jelly bag?

Unlike canvas or leather, TPU doesn't absorb oils, so sun cream, after-sun and most fake-tan products wipe off with mild soap and water if you clean them reasonably soon. Avoid leaving oily products sitting on a pale translucent bag in strong heat for days.

Will a jelly bag melt or warp in the sun?
