Orders delivered to the UK and Australia incur no import charges, and orders to New Zealand under NZ$1,000 normally incur none. For all other destinations, any import duties or taxes are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient, not jelli.world.

Returns

Return requests are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition, with return shipping at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect. For Christmas, orders placed between 1 November and 24 December 2026 can be returned until 15 January 2027, on the same conditions. Full return terms are set out in our returns policy.

  1. What are the dimensions of the baguette?

    The baguette measures 40 × 14 × 12 cm (width × height × depth) and closes with a flap with a turn-lock. It comfortably fits everyday essentials — phone, wallet, sunglasses case, small water bottle. It is part of the TPU baguette line of the jelly bag.

  2. What is the baguette made of?

    The nude pink (023) is part of the TPU line. TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) can be produced see-through or solid depending on the colour — nude pink specifically is opaque.   3. How much does the baguette cost?

    The baguette is £140 GBP on its own. When a 35cm tote or East West is in the same order, one baguette is reduced to £10. Shipping is available worldwide at checkout.

  4. Is the baguette in stock?

    The baguette has been discontinued. Existing product pages remain live for reference, but the bag is no longer available to order and stock will not be restocked.

  5. How much is delivery?

    Delivery is free on every order to the UK and to Australia and New Zealand, which ship from our stock in Sydney; every other country pays one rate per order, from £15, and any order of £120 or more ships free. The minimum order is £40, or A$75 in Australia, not counting delivery.

  6. How do I clean and care for the baguette?

    Wipe clean with a soft microfibre cloth and a drop of mild pH-neutral soap in lukewarm water, then dry with a second clean cloth. Avoid alcohol, acetone, bleach, and any solvent-based cleaner.
