Import duties and taxes
None. Australian orders ship from our stock in Sydney, so the parcel never goes through customs and there is nothing to pay on delivery.
Returns
Return requests are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition, with return shipping at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect. For Christmas, orders placed between 1 November and 24 December 2026 can be returned until 15 January 2027, on the same conditions. Full return terms are set out in our returns policy.
