Return requests are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition, with return shipping at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.     The East West measures 35 × 19 × 15 cm (width × height × depth) and closes with a flap with a turn-lock. It comfortably fits everyday essentials — phone, wallet, sunglasses case, small water bottle. It is part of the East West shoulder bag line of the jelly bag.

    The purple (049) is part of the TPU line. TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) can be produced see-through or solid depending on the colour — purple specifically is opaque.
